Brierley Hill Breakfast – Business Networking Meeting
Brierley Hill has a thriving business community in the heart of the Black Country, and none more so than at Sterling’s Breakfast Group, hosted by Metro Bank. But why do business owners join our Brierley Hill Breakfast networking group? The answer is clear…. to make genuine connections and work together in synergy to build profitable businesses. Sterling Networks has a tried and tested formula to help support the business community in the West Midlands, with an in-depth knowledge of the local area and an established network of contacts.
I’m thrilled to welcome you to our Brierley Hill Breakfast networking meeting, in partnership with Metro Bank. We have a fresh and dynamic approach to networking with lots of energy in the room to inspire members from a wide variety of professions. Meeting every two weeks gives us a great balance between working on our businesses and developing connections through the Sterling referral marketing framework.
I have been networking for many years and also a member of several Sterling Networks Groups, before then becoming the Group Leader of Brierley Hill Breakfast. I always believe that people buy from people and getting to know each other through a structured meeting and 1 to 1’s gives you the perfect opportunity to understand how we can help each other.
We operate a one seat policy at Brierley Hill Breakfast and as an agency offering Graphic Design and Websites in the group, I see first-hand the massive benefits Sterling Networks has had on my business. We pass many referrals between us in the group, with an impressive total revenue generated, but we also build trusted friendships along the way!
I can’t wait to welcome you as a visitor to our next meeting at the Brierley Hill Breakfast Group at Metro Bank… it’s a chance to make connections that could really make a difference to your business!
Brierley Hill Breakfast Group meet fortnightly via Zoom (for now) and will meet face to face @ 50 Two Woods Lane, Brierley Hill DY5 1TA on a Wednesday from 7.00am to 8.45am.

Meeting begins with a tea, coffee, water or juice and 15 minutes informal networking.
Traditional cooked breakfast, or depending on location a vegetarian option plus pastries or fruit.
This is an opportunity for each member and guest to introduce themselves and their business, defining the kinds of referrals and any particular introductions they currently seek.
Engine Room break
This is the crucial part of our meetings providing a great opportunity to connect and arrange 'one to one' appointments with businesses you would like to know more about. At the same time a chance to refill your drinks.
This is a great platform where members describe their business more fully. Provides an opportunity for the group to understand the nature and direction of your business. Brilliant for new projects and new ideas. Invaluable!
The ‘activity round’ comes next. This is when members and guests are invited to summarise referrals made and received, give thanks to other members and guests, describe any ‘one-to-one’ meetings held outside the breakfast meeting and share any latest news.
Meeting closes, but you’re welcome to stay on for extra networking and discussions.
We encourage you to attend at least twice to make sure that Sterling is right for you. You can visit more than one group following your first visit - all we ask is you call Sterling HQ to check that there is no clash of industry category.
Single seat category means that we only allow one person from each industry sector in each group. In some groups, professionals from similar industries collaborate and gain mutual benefit.
Your initial visit is just £15.60. Annual membership is £359.00 ex VAT and then it's £15.60 per meeting, paid by DD, to cover breakfast or lunch.
There may be other Sterling groups in your area that have your industry category available and do speak to the group leader or Sterling HQ. Often businesses can collaborate even when they may, on first sight, seem to be in the same industry.
Yes. Many of our members join more than one group. Sometimes a breakfast and lunchtime group in the same area.
Yes. Each application is carefully considered by Sterling HQ and our local group leader. We like to make sure there are no competitive clashes and that every member is going fit well with the group.
