Hello! I’m Emma Stubbings, the Group Leader for Sterling Networks Bristol Breakfast Group. I’d be delighted to welcome you in.
We meet every other Friday morning at Metro Bank, Broadmead, Bristol.
Our group is all about building genuine connections built on integrity. You’ll find a fantastic bunch of individuals who are totally committed to supporting each other so we all thrive.
I hold the Coaching seat in the group – I’m an Executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I’m the owner of Emma Jane Coaching. I offer personal impact coaching, working with high functioning business owners and professionals looking for renewed energy and motivation so they can continue to deliver outstanding results.
I’d love you to come and experience the benefit of networking with Sterling Networks. It’s all about delivering quality referrals, through a structured meeting, with a stress-free culture.
You’ll get a warm welcome as a visitor to the Bristol Breakfast Group. Come on in and say Hi!
The Bristol Breakfast Group meetings held at Metro Bank, 40-46 Broadmead, Bristol BS1 3HB. 7:45am-9:30am. There are two multi story car parks within a short walk: Cabot Circus - easiest if you're coming in on the M32 or The Galleries Car Park.
Meeting begins with a tea, coffee, water or juice and 15 minutes informal networking.
Traditional cooked breakfast, or depending on location a vegetarian option plus pastries or fruit.
This is an opportunity for each member and guest to introduce themselves and their business, defining the kinds of referrals and any particular introductions they currently seek.
Engine Room break
This is the crucial part of our meetings providing a great opportunity to connect and arrange 'one to one' appointments with businesses you would like to know more about. At the same time a chance to refill your drinks.
This is a great platform where members describe their business more fully. Provides an opportunity for the group to understand the nature and direction of your business. Brilliant for new projects and new ideas. Invaluable!
The ‘activity round’ comes next. This is when members and guests are invited to summarise referrals made and received, give thanks to other members and guests, describe any ‘one-to-one’ meetings held outside the breakfast meeting and share any latest news.
Meeting closes, but you’re welcome to stay on for extra networking and discussions.
We encourage you to attend at least twice to make sure that Sterling is right for you. You can visit more than one group following your first visit - all we ask is you call Sterling HQ to check that there is no clash of industry category.
Single seat category means that we only allow one person from each industry sector in each group. In some groups, professionals from similar industries collaborate and gain mutual benefit.
Your initial visit is just £16.66+VAT for our physical meetings and £7.99+VAT for our virtual meetings.
Annual membership is £359.00+VAT and then you will pay a monthly meeting fee of £33.32+VAT for a physical meeting and £12.49+VAT for our virtual groups which is paid by DD to cover the meeting fees.
There may be other Sterling groups in your area that have your industry category available and do speak to the group leader or Sterling HQ. Often businesses can collaborate even when they may, on first sight, seem to be in the same industry.
Yes. Many of our members join more than one group. Sometimes a breakfast and lunchtime group in the same area.
Yes. Each application is carefully considered by Sterling HQ and our local group leader. We like to make sure there are no competitive clashes and that every member is going fit well with the group.
