Devon Virtual Breakfast - Business Networking Meeting
The vibrant business community is brought together at Devon Virtual Breakfast as a business networking meeting that delivers at all levels. Devon is a well-known business area with inspiring leaders looking to work together in synergy.
The first step in networking is to start a conversation and Devon Virtual Breakfast is the perfect place to springboard your business. Having a virtual structured meeting fortnightly, allows you the flexibility to grow and develop your network at your pace. The return on investment is clear to see and that is why our membership renewals are the highest in the industry!
Thank you for taking the time to find out more about our Devon Virtual Breakfast business networking group. It’s my pleasure to introduce you to our members and as the Group Leader I facilitate the structured fortnightly meetings, helping to expand your business connections in the Devon area.
All Sterling Networks groups have a one seat policy with a good mix of businesses in the ‘zoom room’, which allows conversations to flow in a natural and genuine way. I hold the seat for the financial planning and wealth management working for Chadwick Financial Management Ltd and I can highly recommend Devon Virtual Breakfast as a way to increase connections and in turn increase sales.
We have a great balance at our meeting with a friendly yet professional atmosphere which helps start the conversations. But where we get to find out more about each others business on a deeper level is in our 1 to 1’s outside the meetings. It’s always fascinating how members have become to be in their businesses and who they know. From this genuine want to find out about our businesses, long lasting business relationships flourish between our members.
Would you like to see for yourself the fresh new way of networking at Devon Virtual Breakfast? Please contact me to arrange a visit, I would be delighted to give you a warm welcome.
The Devon Virtual Breakfast Group meet via Zoom, every other Wednesday morning, 6.45am-8.30am.
Meetup Popup Loader
Meeting begins with a tea, coffee, water or juice and 15 minutes informal networking.
Traditional cooked breakfast, or depending on location a vegetarian option plus pastries or fruit.
This is an opportunity for each member and guest to introduce themselves and their business, defining the kinds of referrals and any particular introductions they currently seek.
Engine Room break
This is the crucial part of our meetings providing a great opportunity to connect and arrange 'one to one' appointments with businesses you would like to know more about. At the same time a chance to refill your drinks.
This is a great platform where members describe their business more fully. Provides an opportunity for the group to understand the nature and direction of your business. Brilliant for new projects and new ideas. Invaluable!
The ‘activity round’ comes next. This is when members and guests are invited to summarise referrals made and received, give thanks to other members and guests, describe any ‘one-to-one’ meetings held outside the breakfast meeting and share any latest news.
Meeting closes, but you’re welcome to stay on for extra networking and discussions.
We encourage you to attend at least twice to make sure that Sterling is right for you. You can visit more than one group following your first visit - all we ask is you call Sterling HQ to check that there is no clash of industry category.
Single seat category means that we only allow one person from each industry sector in each group. In some groups, professionals from similar industries collaborate and gain mutual benefit.
Your initial visit is just £16.66+VAT for our physical meetings and £7.99+VAT for our virtual meetings.
Annual membership is £359.00+VAT and then you will pay a monthly meeting fee of £33.32+VAT for a physical meeting and £12.49+VAT for our virtual groups which is paid by DD to cover the meeting fees.
There may be other Sterling groups in your area that have your industry category available and do speak to the group leader or Sterling HQ. Often businesses can collaborate even when they may, on first sight, seem to be in the same industry.
Yes. Many of our members join more than one group. Sometimes a breakfast and lunchtime group in the same area.
Yes. Each application is carefully considered by Sterling HQ and our local group leader. We like to make sure there are no competitive clashes and that every member is going fit well with the group.
