Sterling Networks announces Alison Holmes as a new Regional Manager, joining the team to aid their expansion of networking groups in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. She will also play an important role in the launch of Sterling Advance.

Alison Holmes, who is no stranger to Sterling Networks, has been a proactive member since joining the networking organisation in 2019. Her drive and passion for bringing business leaders together, to work in synergy, ensures a perfect fit to the Sterling Networks ethos of ‘starting a conversation’ to build long lasting relationships, with integrity.

Supporting networking groups; Cheltenham Regency Breakfast, Cheltenham Lunch and Cheltenham Central Breakfast, and the new group in Gloucester opening in September, Alison will be a key member of the leadership team, helping support the Group Leaders and welcome visitors to develop each group. In addition to her role in the Cheltenham territory, Alison will also be instrumental in the launch of Sterling Advance, coaching members in the new strategic leadership development network.

Thrilled to join the team, Alison explains, “It’s so exciting when you fit seamlessly into an organisation…. Sterling’s passion for business, with a genuine culture for helping business owners, is exactly what motivates me in strategic business development. I have been networking for many years and once I attended my first Sterling Networks meeting, I was hooked! It has the perfect balance between a structured meeting and relaxed atmosphere, that facilitates collaboration. I am absolutely delighted to join the leadership team at Sterling Networks and Sterling Advance”.

Neil Davis, Founder and Managing Director, echoes Alison’s sentiments by saying, “We’re so pleased to welcome Alison to the team. Her energy and positive attitude is infectious and we could not be happier that she’s joined us as the new Sterling Regional Manager. We wish her all the best in her new role”.

Sterling Networks, who launched Sterling Virtual last month in response to the coronavirus crisis, continues to expand and grow, helping businesses to stay connected at a very challenging time. With Sterling Advance launching its first groups in the last few weeks, Alison will be hitting the ground running, to support the strategic growth plans for 2020.
