Announcement from Sterling

Following the announcement of Jenni Henderson as Managing Director in January 2026, Neil and Tracey Davis had previously indicated their intention to begin a gradual transition away from the business.

After 15 incredible years, Neil & Tracey have made the decision to step away from the Sterling business.

Neil & Tracey founded the business 15 years ago with a simple vision — to create something meaningful through connection, opportunity, and community. It all started with the Sterling Expos and quickly grew into something much bigger than we ever imagined.

For the first decade, we built the foundations ourselves. Then, as the business evolved and grew, we engaged people who could help us grow, strengthen, and take the Sterling business to the next level. More recently, with Jenni Henderson joining the business just over three years ago, that growth has continued, building on everything that came before.

But at the heart of it all, it has always been about the people.

Neil & Tracey have had the privilege of meeting so many incredible individuals over the years. The relationships we have built have never just been about business — they have been about trust, support, and consistency. That, for us, has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

We are so proud of what Sterling has become and deeply grateful to every single person who has been part of it including our team, our members, and our wider network.
